A Transition Workshop for Students with Learning Disabilities

This exciting workshop is designed for students with learning disabilities and/or AD(H)D who are making the transition from elementary to secondary school. This is an important step in a student’s education and there can be many challenges posed by this transition. This workshop will help students to better understand their LD/AD(H)D and learn how to advocate for themselves at school and beyond.
