Membership
When you join the LDA, you are also supporting advocacy work in the city on behalf of people affected by a lifelong neurological disorder. Annual membership in the LDA entitles its members to the following:
- Two LDA Chapter newsletters packed with articles and news spanning the full range of issues affecting children and adults with LD and AD(H)D;
- Three Provincial LDA newsletters a year to keep you informed on government actions and other news regarding LD;
- Two editions of the Canadian Learning Disabilities Association National Magazine; and
- Discounts on fees for special programs.
Membership also affords its members with opportunities to get involved with Board committees including Programming, Fundraising, Membership and Administration thereby giving you further access to the latest information on what’s happening and what needs to be done to advocate for people with LD.
